The Kanebo and Curél counters offer their best-selling and travel retail-exclusive products

HONG KONG, CHINA. Blue Chip Group has teamed up with Kao Corporation to launch beauty and skincare brands Kanebo and Curél in Shilla Duty Free’s Beauty&You concept store at Hong Kong International Airport.

The travel retail distributor describes this partnership as a significant milestone in the channel, bolstering the Japanese beauty company’s presence in the Asia Pacific region.

Curél’s skincare range is available at a counter in Beauty&You located in the new generation zone in East Hall South, while Kanebo’s counter enjoys a high-visibility presence in the same Hall.

Both brands offer premium skincare solutions made for those with sensitive skin.

Blue Chip Group Managing Director Flora Lee said this collaboration is “both a start and also a further strengthening” of their cooperation with Kao Group.

She said, “We highly regard the impact that the Kao Group will have on the APAC travel retail market.”

Lee added that the group plans to introduce more offers to travellers in the future.

Curél has an extensive product collection designed specifically for dry and sensitive skin types, made with its innovative Moisture Retention Technology and pH-balanced formulations. It is famous for its range of cleansers, including makeup cleansing oil, foaming face wash, moisturisers and eye cream, promising optimal skincare efficacy.
